PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harms on a baby seated in a child seat caused by an airbag. SOLUTION: An anchor 2 to fit a child seat 5 is provided on a seat cushion 1a. A working member 31 which is abutted on a locking mechanism 51 and moved when the locking mechanism 51 is engaged and a switch 32 to generate a signal to keep the airbag in an inoperative state to an airbag device for an occupant seated in the seat cushion 1a by being pressed by the moved working member 31 are provided close to the anchor 2 of a vehicle seat 1 in which the locking mechanism 51 of the child seat 5 is attachably/detachably engaged to the anchor 2 when the child seat 5 is fitted on the seat cushion 1a so that the airbag is not operated when the child seat 5 is fitted.
