PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air-conditioner for improving the heat accumulation efficiency of a heat accumulator. SOLUTION: The vehicle air-conditioner for converting kinetic energy into power when a vehicle is under an inertial traveling condition to drive a transport device, moving a heat transfer medium by the transport device, and performing the heat exchange via a heat accumulator between the heat transfer medium and air in a cabin of the vehicle, has a behavior determining means (Steps S701 and S702) to determine the physical quantity related to the behavior of the vehicle when the transport device is driven by the power, and a transport device control means (Step S704 and Step S718) to set the driving state of the transport device based on the result of determination of the behavior determining means (Step S701 and S702).
