PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a constitution at a low cost which has less conspicuously apparent shrinkage, excellent scratch resistance, contamination resistance and capable of displaying a three-dimensional design, as well as improving generation of a doctor line. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet S has protruding patterns 2 formed by an ink of a cross-linking curable resin on a base material sheet 1. The ink in the printing part c effected by the ink is made to flow to a nonprinting part d, leaving the protruding shapes in the printing part, to form the nonprinting part into ink covered protruding patterns. The resin employed is, preferably, an ionizing radiation-curable resin. When a matte silica is contained for gloss adjusting, magnesium hydroxide is contained as a filling agent or the matte silica is surface-treated with a fatty acid-based wax, the generation of the doctor line can be suppressed in forming the decorative sheet using a doctor blade or a gravure plate with a solventless ink.
