PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle noise control device for muffling only noise by a feedback method. SOLUTION: This vehicle noise control device comprises a microphone 1 inside a trunk 4 of a vehicle, a rear tray speaker 2 fitted to a rear tray using the trunk 4 as a backside space, and a controller 3 to drive the rear tray speaker 2 so as to reduce noise at the ear level of a seat in a cabin by controlling the gain and the frequency characteristic of the phase of the signal from the microphone 1, and muffles only noise without muffling the sound of the conversation or the like.
