PURPOSE: An engine mount is provided to reduce a spring property value for front and rear sides of a vehicle in a small displacement condition of an engine needing high NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness), to increase the front and rear spring property value in the condition of causing large displacement of the engine like acceleration and traveling on a rough road, and accordingly to effectively control the roll of the engine. CONSTITUTION: An engine mount is composed of first and second mounts interposing bridges(1-b,2-b) between inner and outer pipes(1-in,2-in,1-out,2-out) and a stopper bracket(3) disposed between first and second mounts to restrict displacement in the axial direction of inner pipes of the first and second pipes. The inner pipes of the first and second mounts are mutually confronted at the inside and protruded out of the mount to fix to a support bracket at the outside. Between the stopper bracket and the bridge of the first and second mounts is separated at a predetermined dimension.
