<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetector module constituted into a thin type, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The thin photodetector module 1 is constituted by mounting an integrated circuit component 13 and a photoelectric converter 14 on an organic film 11, by connecting to a wiring pattern 12 and forming a focusing optical system having a Fresnel band 23 and a lens on a predetermined surface of the film 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
