<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor apparatus capable of attaining high environmental resistance and cost reduction, and eliminating setting as a magnetic type linear encoder. <P>SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 4 is constituted by concurrently using the permanent magnet as a field of the linear motor and a magnet scale which is a body-to-be-detected of the magnetic type linear encoder, and provided so that a pitch interval of the permanent magnet 4 may become a scale pitch of the magnet scale. A scale head 6 of the magnetic type linear encoder is provided in a longitudinal direction of an armature 5, and a plurality of Hall elements 61 are disposed so that the phase may be shifted by 90° at an electric angle. The magnetic type linear encoder is connected with a serial converter which converts an analog signal in two-phase sinewave outputted from the Hall elements 61 into serial data, and a servo driver which computes a current command by a position command and a signal of a current position obtained by the serial converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
