<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that remains the physical distribution of a concentration point constant for a relatively long time, though a gel test piece to be sampled is placed in a gel holder when separating a substance by using difference in the transition speed of the substance in a gel. <P>SOLUTION: A gel clipping object (27) which the a gel test piece (69) is extracted is placed in a gel holder (21), and the layer of equalizing liquid (31) is placed in the both of up and down sides thereof. The tip (83) of the aperture of a tube-shape removing means (66) is pushed to the gel clipping object (27) to pass through it, and a gel test piece (69) and an equalizing liquid (31) are drawn into the removing means (66) by generating pressure reduction in the removing means (66). Thereby the gel test piece (69) is accurately separated from a concentration point to be measured in the gel clipping object (27) and extracted. The dimension of the gel clipping object (27) and the physical distribution of the concentration point therein are remained constantly for a long time by a sheath with the equalizing liquid (31) of the gel clipping object (27). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
