PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small portable telephone antenna having a function for receiving radio waves from a communication satellite and to provide portable radio equipment provided with the small portable telephone antenna.

SOLUTION: A second antenna element 2B is arranged in the direction perpendicular to a first antenna element 2A. The first antenna element 2A is connected to an antenna sharing device 32. Meanwhile, the second antenna element 2B is connected to the second terminal 34B of a hybrid circuit 34. The third terminal 34C of the hybrid circuit 34 is connected to a receiving circuit 35. The highpass filter 32B of the antenna sharing device 32 is connected to the fourth terminal 34D of the hybrid circuit 34.
