<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution liquid spraying device realizing a mass production and a low cost by making an aerosol container usually come onto the market usable as a pollution liquid storage container. <P>SOLUTION: The pollution liquid spraying device is constituted by the pollution liquid storage container 2 provided with a stop valve 1; a valve-opening mechanism 3 for releasing/operating the stop valve 1; an activation device 4 by a gas generator 33 for activating the valve-opening mechanism 3; and a pipe 40 provided with a pollution liquid 39 at a tip end. The pollution liquid storage container 2 is provided with a cap 8 and a valve cap 12 is expandably formed on a central part of this cap 8. An annular recessed groove 13 is formed between an outer periphery of the valve cap 12 and an outer peripheral edge 9. A lower end of a cylinder 26 of the valve-opening mechanism 3 is fitted/fixed to the annular recessed groove 13 of the cap 8.
