<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate pulse signals which are constituted of clock waveforms having levels different from each other, on the basis of less kind of input signals. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit is provided with: a first pulse signal generating circuit which generates a first pulse signal having a first period and a first amplitude, on the basis of a clock signal having a first period and a first control signal which has a second period and a first amplitude; a second pulse signal generating circuit which generates a second pulse signal having a first period and a second amplitude, on the basis of the clock signal and a second control signal having a second amplitude; and a third pulse signal generating circuit which generates a third pulse signal which contains a plurality of primary pulses having a first period and a first amplitude in a first term, and contains a plurality of second pulses having a first period and a second amplitude in a second term, on the basis of the first control signal, the second control signal, the first pulse signal and the second pulse signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
