PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that although conventional problems are solved if a concrete pump car exclusive for placing ready-mixed concrete or a large crane car made by remodeling the pump car is used because of falling accidents in works at a height or adverse influences in the aspiratory organs due to sprayed dust through sent compressed air and hygienic phase against eyes, ears, etc., it is hard to spray a preset thick greening base material onto a slope face evenly, as the base material is spraied by remote control. SOLUTION: In the remote controllable spraying work for greening of a slope face in a height, a flat plate (C) preset in a lateral width (W) equivalent to the splay thickness (T) of the greening material is set against the slope face at right angles or perpendicularly and supported by a pile (D) driven into the slope face and then, the greening base material (B) is sprayed up to a thickness (T) equivalent to the width (W) of the flat plate through a nozzle (12) at the tip of the output hose of the extremity of a boom (6) set on the car body frame (1) to form a greening base layer (E).
