FLAMEPROOF BODY, WALL OF BUILDING, AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flameproof body capable of suppressing spread of fire by quickly responding to flames. SOLUTION: The flameproof body 41 is placed at a venting inlet and outlet part 29 provided for a wall inside space 4a of a building. The flameproof body 41 includes an unfoamed fire resistive foaming agent 42 and a heat induction section 44 extended to an upwind side of the venting from the foaming agent. The foaming agent 42 is kept in a state to open the inlet and outlet port 29 at predetermined temperature or below and, at the same time, it is foamingly expanded so as to close the inlet and outlet part 29 at a temperature higher than a predetermined temperature. In case of fire under floor, since the heat induction section 44 continued to the foaming agent 42 is nearer than the foaming agent to the origin of a fire, temperature rises by preceding the temperature rising of the foaming agent 42. Accordingly, the foaming agent 42 is made to quickly raise temperature to fast accelerate foaming. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
