PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall structure to which panels can be attached from the front side of a wall and, and whose manufacturing cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: A first connecting section 5 is provided on one panel P1 of the panels adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction, and a second connecting section 6 connected to the first connecting section 5 is provided on the other panel P2. The first connecting section 5 includes a connecting piece 5a, and the connecting piece 5a has a notch section 5b notched downward for the upper end. The notch section 5b wider as it goes upward includes a guide section 5c opened upward and an downward engaged recess section 5d of the guide section 5c. The second connecting section 6 includes an abutting section 6a abutted on one side 5e of the connecting piece 5a and an engaged projection 6b projected from the abutting section 6a. The engaged projection 6b includes a fitting section 6c fitted to the engaged recess section 5d and an extension section 6d formed so as to get the size in the direction corresponding to the direction of the width of the notch section 5b larger than the fitting section 6c as it goes to the front end of the front end side.
