PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asymmetric radiographic film that provides improved picture quality of a mammography film by increasing the sharpness of a picture. SOLUTION: A silver halide film for asymmetric radiography has two cubic particle silver halide emulsion layers on the front of a support, and a flat plate-like silver halide emulsion layer on the back of the support. The cubic particle silver halide emulsion layer near the support contains a crossover adjusting agent for reducing crossover as low as less than 10% with respect to the back layer and is thinner than the cubic particle silver halide emulsion layer of the outermost layer.
