PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like pack which can well be adhered to a projected site such as a heel over a long period and gives a good sense of use. SOLUTION: This sheet-like pack comprises an adhesive sheet 1 having a gel layer 1a and a medicinal efficacy-having sheet 2 having an action layer 2a containing a medicinal substance. The sheet-like pack is formed by adhering the medicinal efficacy-having sheet 2 to the center of the surface of the adhesive sheet 1 in a state that the gel layer 1a of the adhesive sheet 1 is overflowed on the periphery of the medicinal efficacy-having sheet 2. The sheet-like pack is used by applying the surface of the medicinal efficacy-having sheet 2 to a specific site of the skin and then adhering the outside portion of the adhesive sheet 1 to the periphery of the specific site of the skin.
