PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring muscular strengths of fingers, by which method and apparatus, a user can measure them only by him/her self, and a quantitative measurement is realized. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a pair of rings A7 for pulling the fingers and a drive section for pulling the rings to opposite outward, and pulls a ring formation of fingers through the rings, whereby the muscular strengths of the fingers are measured quantitatively by a warp of a strictomotive element 8 being electrically measured which is equipped at the root of a support A 6 for supporting the ring A 7.
