PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food tray for a high frequency heating cooker which can solve issues of heavy weight to obstruct carrying and high cost by using expensive heat resistant materials for requirement of a conventional lid which is used for the food tray with an exothermic body to absorb micro-waves to generate heat and is formed with a material bearable agaisnt heat by the exothermic body. SOLUTION: A square range grill tray (food tray) 6a to carry food and to be housed in the heating chamber of a high frequency heating cooker is equipped with an exothermic body 9 to absorb microwaves to generate heat to slightly burn the food on the food placing surface (food placing part) 11, and a lid 10 to come into contact with a part without placing the exothermic body 9 and to cover the food on the square range grill tray 6a.
