PURPOSE: A ring binder with an improved structure is provided to allow a user to adjust the position of the ring at user's preference and thus, to reduce errors in perforation work. CONSTITUTION: The ring binder has a housing(102); two carrier rails(104) to be inserted into the housing(102); and a plurality of semi-rings(106) that are fixed at the carrier rail(104). To insert a document, the semi-rings(106) are opened and closed. A slot(200), namely a longitudinal hole, is formed in the longitudinal direction on each carrier rail(104). Also, the slot(200) is formed on the housing(102). Thus, the semi-rings(106) move along the slot(200) formed on the carrier rails(104) and on the slot(202) formed on the housing(102).
