<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap for fractionation with improved water permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The cap 2 has an exterior body 3 and an inner frame body 4 mounted in the exterior body 3 which are formed of mutually different substances, a water-soluble adhesive layer L for sticking these exterior body 3 and inner frame body 4, a water passage hole 13 formed in the inner frame body 4 and making water flow toward the water-soluble adhesive layer L, an opening/closing member 17 freely separably provided to the inner frame body 4 to open and close the water passage hole 13, and an O-ring 23 energizing the opening/closing member 17 toward the direction to which the water passage hole 13 is opened. The O-ring 23 is arranged on one side and a contacting and separating part 21 coming in contact with and separating from the inner frame body 4 is formed on the other side by placing the water passage hole 13 between them in the opening/closing member 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
