<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material which enables the efficient operation/application/work of a whole packaging system by using part of different packaging systems although different packaging systems of aceptic packaging and chilled packaging, and contributes to the reduction of energy, materials, and manufacturing costs, and also to provide a method for producing the laminated material, method for heat-sealing the laminated material, and a packaging container. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated material and the packaging container are a web-like laminated material for a packaging container comprising a support layer and a thermoplastic innermost layer. In a zone heat-sealed by high frequency inducting heating for forming the container, a conductive layer laminated between the support layer and the innermost layer so that heat generated by induction heating is transmitted to the innermost layer is provided.
