<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the contents of a travel plan from an information terminal with respect to an already decided travel plan in traveling. <P>SOLUTION: A travel arrangement system 11 which receives a request for the change of a travel plan from the personal digital assistant of a traveler through an information network identifies a the traveler by a traveler identification part 23, and when judging that the traveler is a person himself, confirms the presence or absence and contents of a designated plan. The travel arrangement system 11 which receives a detail request from the traveler retrieves a travel plan by a plan proposing part 25, and when the designated travel plan is present, verifies the validity of the matching of the designated travel plan with the already decided travel plan posterior to the changed part by a plan verifying part 24, and judges whether or not the whole travel plan is affected by any retrieved plan or designated plan, and when judging that there is not any influence, executes the cancel or re-reservation of the already decided reservation by a plan reserving part 28, and informs the traveler of the change result of the travel plan. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
