<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic system for making it possible for a customer who does not visit a salon to receive a treatment similar to that in the case that the customer visits a salon. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 performs bi-directional communication with terminal cosmetic equipment 2, and the server 1 decides a treatment plan from treatment data 1C by referring to at least one of medical record data 1A and history data 1B of the customer using the terminal cosmetic equipment 2, and outputs it to the terminal cosmetic equipment 2. The terminal cosmetic equipment 2 reads pattern data 2A and strength data 2B on the basis of the operation plan, and controls the terminal cosmetic equipment. Then, the history of the operation of the terminal cosmetic equipment 2 is stored in history data 2C of the terminal cosmetic equipment 2, and fed back to the server 1.
