PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of detecting correctly moment and axial direction loads which are applied to wheels combined and fixed with an attachment flange 15a forming a hub 8a. SOLUTION: A plurality of through-holes are equidistantly formed on the attachment flange in the circumferential direction and a column part 9 is provided between through-holes adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Strain gages 29a, 29b, 29i and 29j are added to this column part 9 to detect the strain of this column part. The combination of an encoder 25a attached to a part rotating together with the hub 8a with a sensor (not shown) enables the detection of an rotational angle of the hub 8a. Based on detection values from individual strain gage 29a, 29b, 29i and 29j, and the detection value of the rotational angle, the axial direction and moment loads applied to the wheel can be detected, thereby providing a solution to the problem.
