PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adhesive strength of a waterproof layer such as a bridge upper structure in which an asphalt pavement is applied on a floor slab through a resin base waterproof layer. SOLUTION: In a waterproof execution method applying an asphalt pavement on the floor slab through a resin base waterproof layer, a granular adhesive including a thermosetting polyurethane elastomer is scattered on the resin base waterproof layer before the resin base waterproof layer becomes hard, after that, the pavement is executed with a heated asphalt mixture. The granular adhesive including the thermosetting polyurethane elastomer has preferably 1-5 mm in average particle size, 60-170°C in softening temp., 2,000 cps or higher at 180°C in melting viscocity.
