PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle preventing the overheat operation and the operation in wet state by determining a refrigerant circulation amount by season, and reducing the cost by not using a flow rate adjustment valve and the like. SOLUTION: In this refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant discharged from a compressor 15 is returned to the compressor 15 after being successively passed through a gas cooler 16, a decompressing mechanism 17 and an evaporator 18. A refrigerant passage 22 and a refrigerant adjustment container 40 between the decompressing mechanism 17 and the evaporator 18 are connected through a connection passage 31.
