PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of an electrode terminal which is high in positional accuracy and flatness and has a smaller variation in height. SOLUTION: The connection structure of the electrode terminal is a structure for electrically connecting the columnar electrode terminal 2 provided on the undersurface of a modular with a soldering land 1 provided on a board 4 so as to confront the columnar electrode terminal 2 by solder. The soldering land 1 has a concentric form which is larger than the columnar electrode terminal 2, and a plurality of protrusions 1a are formed at the periphery of the soldering land 1 at regular intervals which protrudes outwardly.
