PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter which facilitates detachment of guide rails thereof, and is improved in maintenance ease. SOLUTION: The shutter includes a lintel 3, vertical frames 4, 4, a case 7, and the guide rails 8, 8. The lintel 3 is arranged on an upper portion of an opening 2 of a building. The vertical frames 4, 4 are arranged on right and left sides of the lintel 3 and the opening 2. The case houses therein a take-up shaft 6 for winding upward/downward slats 5 arranged at a location of the lintel 3. The guide rails 8, 8 guide the slats 5 detachably mounted in the vertical frames 4, 4. The lintel 3 includes an insertion port d through which an upper end of each guide rail 8 is insertable, and each guide rail 8 has guide members 21a, 21b formed at the upper end thereof, which guide members are expanded wider than the insertion port d, in order to guide the slats 5 corresponding to the winding diameter of the same.
