PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a sufficiently stereo-design by the inside embossing thereof, also without the appearance of a design defect comprising an embossing return, a silver eye or the like, and can retain a satisfactory stereodesign. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet comprises that a recessed and protruded embossed pattern 14 is provided on the side face of a crystalline polyester resin layer 13 in an amorphous state of a matrix sheet formed by laminating the crystalline polyester resin layer 13 in the amorphous state at least on an amorphous polyester resin layer 12, and a transparent or semitransparent thermoplastic resin sheet 17 is laminated on the face of the embossing pattern 14 through a transparent or semitransparent adhesive resin layer 16 having a thickness to fill up the recess and protrusion thereof. The decorative sheet which is still more excellent in design performance can be obtained by dispersing a luster pigment to the crystalline polyester resin layer 13 in the amorphous state and/or the adhesive resin layer 16 in the matrix sheet.
