PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg which can obtain a fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) excellent in strength and appearance without using an autoclave and without forming an internal void and a pinhole in the surface even in molding under reduced pressure of only a vacuum pressure especially by an oven molding method while work properties equivalent to those of a conventional prepreg are kept and FRP using the prepreg. SOLUTION: In the prepreg, a reinforcing substrate sheet of reinforcing fibers is impregnated with a matrix resin. Only one side of the substrate sheet is thoroughly coated with the resin, and a resin-impregnation ratio is 40-95%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
