<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for hot forming, with which a roasted formed material such as a food, etc., having no roasting unevenness is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The mold for hot forming comprises a male mold 10 and a female mold 20 and is used for producing the roasted formed material such as the food, etc., by heating the male mold 10 or the female mold 20. The male mold 10 and the female mold 20 are equipped with fitting parts to be mutually fitted and forming parts to form the shape of the roasted formed material. Each fitting part is obtained by using a material having hardness of HB≥140 and a material having a thermal diffusivity higher than that of the material used in the fitting parts is used as the forming part of only the male mold or both the male mold and the female mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
