PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing system that can transmit a signal for detection of related information included in an information signal to a detection server via a network and limit processing of the information signal according to a processing result about the related information detected by the detection server. SOLUTION: A user side device 2 comprises a filter part 11 for extracting a detection signal for detection of the same related information repeatedly superimposed on an information signal, a communication part 13 for transmitting the detection signal to the watermark detection server 3 and receiving a processing result about the related information detected from the detection signal, a control part 15 for executing control of using the processing result to limit processing of the information signal, and a watermark detection result storage part 14 for saving the processing result communicatively with a warning management server 4.
