PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective material which has elasticity and soft feeling and has extremely outstanding wash and wear properties as well even if the material is laminated on an elastic material having an elongation percentage of≥10% required for clothes formed by using general elastic materials, i.e. higher than that of comfort stretch materials. SOLUTION: Back surface sides of transparent minute balls 1 are embedded through a reflection layer 2 into a first adhesive resin layer 3 and the front surface sides of the balls 1 exposed from the layer 3 are provided with discontinuous second adhesive resin layers 4 partly cut off by the balls 1 and further the layers 3 are stuck together to an elastic support 5, by which the retroreflective material is composed to have the elongation percentage of≥10% in at least one direction.
