PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic component from colliding with a measuring terminal to prevent the electronic component and the measuring terminal from being damaged. SOLUTION: In this electronic component characteristic inspection device for inspecting an electric characteristic of the electronic component W by the pair of measuring terminals 6 and 7 arranged to be opposed each other while sandwiching the electronic component W therebetween, the lower side measuring terminal 7 is arranged to be advanced and retracted and to be sunk in a fixed base 24 mounted with the electronic component W, the upper side measuring terminal 6 is arranged to be sunk in a moving member 28 arranged to be movable along a measuring direction, the lower side measuring terminal 7 is projected from the fixed base to push up the electronic component W, the moving member 28 is pushed up to bring the electronic component W into contact with the upper side measuring terminal 6, and the electric characteristic is measured under this condition.
