PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and safely reduce a cost for transportation and erection works at a site by reducing sizes weight of a split unit and an unloading or the erection works at a narrow site, ensuring the shortening of the term of works, the reduction in a construction cost and structural safety. SOLUTION: Total four of at every upper-lower left-right two of split units 1UL, 1UR, 1DL and 1DR having an approximately L-shaped rigid-frame structure are factory-produced by parting a box type unit 1 along horizontal surfaces and vertical surfaces in the upper-lower intermediate sections of a wall structure 2W and the cross intermediate sections of a ceiling structure 2C and a floor structure 2F. These four split units 1UL, 1UR, 1DL and 1DR are carried into a construction site under a separated state, and the box type unit 1 having a square-shaped rigid-frame structure in the short-side direction and an earthquake-resisting wall structure in the longitudinal direction is built by mutually fixing and joining each split unit under the state in which parted-surface end sections are abutted, thus constructing a required basement.
