PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rising in a temperature of a pump itself due to the heat generated with a rotation and the other motion of a crank stand, a driving shaft and a driving body. SOLUTION: A cooling fan is provided on the crank stand so that the pump is cooled with the air flow in the housing of the pump by rotating the cooling fan simultaneously with the rotation of the crank stand on driving the pump. Cooling effect can be increased with the air flow-in from the outside into the housing and the air flow-out especially by providing ventilating holes at the upper and lower parts of the housing.
