PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior-wall panel for a construction, which is lightweight, the cost of which is reduced and which has excellent workability and has high fire protecting performance, can be used for not only a low-rise building but also a medium-rise building and has superior design properties. SOLUTION: In the exterior-wall panel for the construction, the sheet steel plate is fixed and formed integrally on the whole rear of the ceramic siding board. The sheet steel plate is fixed onto the rear of the ceramic siding board through spacing materials arranged at regular intervals and formed of sheet light-gauge steel or the like.
