PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with rotary amusement facilities, which ensures the amusement or fun of the building with the amusement facilities and maintains the amenity of a building portion. SOLUTION: A rotary amusement body 5 has a disk shape, and has a plurality of gondolas 8 arranged on the peripheral surface thereof. The rotary amusement body 5 is arranged such that its diameter is coaxial with a vertical axis, and rotated in the vertical direction around a rotation axis 6 as a central axis. The rotation axis 6 has both ends thereof borne by two bearing structures 7 and maintains the horizontality thereof. The two bearing structures 7 pair up with each other and they are erected on a roof floor 3 of the building portion 2 in a manner being spaced away from each other. Further a windbreak chamber 9 is arranged on the roof floor 3 in the vicinity of a lowermost point of the rotary amusement body 5, and a skylight window is arranged on the roof floor 3 of the building portion 2, in an area sandwiched by the bearing structures 7 pairing up with each other.
