PACKAGING METHOD FOR COLD/HOT FOOD CONTAINER, AND CARTON BOX USED FOR PACKAGING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent softening of a carton box due to dew condensation, or blocking of the corrugated cardboard box from occurring without using a highly water-resistant corrugated cardboard, and also, without providing a warming process in a packaging process of various kinds of food containers which are cold/hot-packaged including beverages such as beer or carbonated beverages. SOLUTION: In this packaging method wherein a food at 10°C or lower is placed in a container, and the container is packaged with a carton box, at least on a liner on one side of the carton box, an easily disintegrating water-proof moisture-proof coating layer is formed on the surface. The carton box wherein the cup water absorbency (JIS-P8140, with a contact time of 30 minutes) which is measured from the surface is 30 g/m2or lower, and the moisture permeability of the liner (JAPAN TAPPI No. 7:2,000, method A) is 1,500 g/(m224h) or lower is used.
