PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital receiving focusing device which can design a hardware configuration efficiently by using an analog multiplexer and handle a lot of channel signals with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A lot of channel modules 21a-21d, a circuit element 37a which handles an output signal from the many channel modules 21a-21d and forms a receiving focusing beam, 37b, 39, 40, and 41 are included. Each of the lot of channel modules 21a-21d provides analog multiplexers 22a-22d which receive and multiplex ultrasonic signals from at least two or more channels, and FIR (far infrared) filter & MUX (multiplexer) 29a which converts the multiplexed ultrasonic signals to digital signals, processes and compensates the digital signals.
