PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a washer nozzle injecting washing liquid to a window and a lens cover of a headlamp is polluted by mud, smog, insect carcass, smoke, component insoluble in water that exhaust gas contains, asphalt component, and car washing wax and is plugged up by them. SOLUTION: A photocatalyst such as a titanium dioxide particle covered with an inorganic substance such as porous silica or porous almina of several wt. % to about 20 wt. % is mixed into a resin member constituting a jet 6 and a nozzle body 4 to be formed into a desired shape in order to give a hydrophilic property and a decomposition property for decomposing an adhered pollutant to the washer nozzle.
