PURPOSE: A 3-dimensional inverted chest anaerobic sports equipment is provided to improve concentration of chest muscles and select various approaches of chest muscles, thereby enabling stable and effective exercise of the chest. CONSTITUTION: The 3-dimensional inverted chest anaerobic sports equipment comprises a side frame(3) fixed at both sides of a rear upper portion of a base frame(2). A saddle pad(4) and a back pad(5) are mounted on the base frame(2). A handle link(6) is formed to have an angle ranging from alpha to alpha prime right and left when a user sits down on the saddle pad(4). The handle link(6) is mounted aslant up and down on the side frame(3) toward a bearing housing(19) so that a back and forth angle exercise is possible. A bearing box(7) is mounted on the handle link(6), and a handle frame(8) formed as an L-type is rotatably positioned by a handle shaft(9). When a user takes a press exercise with a handle(13), the handle link(6) moves back and forth within a predetermined angle range, and the handle(13) also moves within a predetermined angle range to make a 3-dimensional track. The handle link(6) b is formed at 60-110cm to have theta ranging from 0 to 40 degree, alpha ranging from 3 to 30 degree, alpha prime ranging from 90 to 60 degree, beta ranging from 70 to 110 degree, and beta prime ranging from 70 to 110 degree so that the 3-dimensional track satisfies the chest exercise range a(40-75cm). The handle(13) is located outside based on the handle shaft(9), and two or more handles(13) are rotatively mounted on the handle frame(8). In the 3-dimensional track, a tangent line in the center of an exercise space for chest exercise is formed to have an angle ranging from 45-150 degrees with the back pad(5).
