PURPOSE: A method for guiding non-smoking using a wire/wireless network is provided to get an excellent non-smoking effect by continuously transferring a warning message or a humorous message helpful to the non-smoking to a person to quit smoking. CONSTITUTION: A non-smoking member logs in to a web site. The non-smoking registration and a message transmitting schedule are informed. In case of a transmitting time for each member, message contents are searched from a database server and are transmitted to a fixed medium. In case that the message contents are updated by a web site manger, a transmitting message is updated and transmitted to each member. In the case that the non-smoking result confirmation is requested, the web server makes the member input an evidence for proving a non-smoking result. In the case that the non-smoking proof is successful, a basic gift is given to the member.
