PURPOSE: A structure for reinforcing a roof of a vehicle is provided to maximally repress vibration of a roof panel by increasing the strength of a roof rail supporting the roof panel and accordingly to considerably reduce booming noise in a vehicle room. CONSTITUTION: A structure for reinforcing a roof of a vehicle is composed of at least two roof rails(11) with axial length of a roof panel(1) installed to the lower of the roof panel along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body at constant intervals; a roof cross rail(12) for supporting and holding the roof rail installed to the lower of the roof rail to cross the roof rail; an arc-shaped panel installed to the lower of the roof rail to cover the lower part of the roof rail; and a curved unit formed to the roof cross rail at which the roof rail and the roof cross rail are mutually crossed, to cover the arc-shaped panel.
