PURPOSE: A heater controller for a vehicle is provided to omit a fuse and a relay, to simplify wiring, to reduce number of parts, to increase efficiency of a space, and to reduce weight and cost. CONSTITUTION: Minus terminals of motors(20) are joined and grounded. IPS's(Intelligent Power Switch:12a,12b) is controlled by an MCU(MicroController Unit:14), and controls plus terminals of the motor connected with high resistors(22) and low resistors(24). A LON(Local Operating Network) node(16) receives signal corresponding with control state of the MCU and load state sensed by the IPS's from the MCU to detect abnormality, and processes the result to output. The LON node is connected with an Internet-LON box(50) connected with an outside vehicle managing part(60) through an Internet network. The IPS's detect over-current through sensor parts built therein, and automatically cut off circuits to protect a system. The corresponding motor is controlled at high state when current is impressed to the high resistor through a load terminal of the high IPS, and at low state when current is impressed to the low resistor through a load terminal of the low IPS.
