<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make temperature differences small between the center part and near the internal perimeter in the transfer tube of the food heated by Joule's heat while being transfer guided in the transfer tube. <P>SOLUTION: This heating device heats the food having fluidity by the Joule's heat in the transfer tube 21 while transfer guiding. The heating device is formed with a plurality of heating units 24 and the heating unit 24 comprises an insulating guiding cylinder 22 formed of a passage 27 for guiding the food and a ring-shape electrode 23 formed with a through hole 31 communicating with the passage and is fitted to both ends of the guiding cylinder 22. A protruded part 36 that makes the inner circumference face of the though hole 31 protrude further inward in the diameter direction than the inner circumference face 28 of the guiding cylinder 22 is formed at the ring-shape electrode 23, and an opposing face 37 that makes a net angle to each other or faces in parallel to the adjacent ring-shape electrode is formed at the protruded part 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
