PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information from traders within the same commercial area together to a customer in a specific area by sharing user information of the respective traders for increasing new customers of the individual traders.

SOLUTION: This information distribution system is provided with a trader side terminal device transmitting information for distributing it to the user, an information distribution device storing the user information offered from the respective traders and distributing the information received from the trader side terminal device to the user side terminal device of the user matching a predetermined condition in the user information, and the user side terminal device for receiving the information transmitted from the information distribution device. The user information can be used by another trader excepting the trader offering the user information.
