摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure capable of installing an air conditioner inside of an airtight chamber without leaking cold in a habitable room to the outside when an air conditioner is installed in the airtight chamber to make a cooling operation of the habitable room.

SOLUTION: The building structure is so constituted that at least one or more airtight chambers 26 surrounded by an interior finishing substrate material 28 and an interior finishing body 33 in the inside space 18 of a skeleton constituted by a building exterior finishing body 15.
