<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dry mortar which can be directly prepared from hydraulic clinker, yields a high strength and shows a stable quality. <P>SOLUTION: The dry mortar comprises≥65 wt.% hydraulic clinker,≤5 wt.% gypsum and <30 wt.% admixture. The hydraulic clinker shows a continuous particle size distribution from 1μm-10 mm with a maximum particle size of 10 mm. The admixture is an inorganic powder which is reactive with pozzolan and/or a substance having a latent hydraulic property and/or cement containing these substances. Here, the admixture can be cement containing fly ash, silica fume, volcanic ash, etc., or blast furnace cement, silica cement, fly ash cement, etc. The dry mortar has a particle size which yields <10 wt.% of a powder, obtained by mixing and simultaneously grinding the hydraulic clinker, gypsum and the admixture, remaining on a sieve after sieving the powder with the sieve having a nominal opening of 5 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
