<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing material to efficiently and sufficiently remove foul odor inside a house or in a whole room in a shop, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A spraying component containing 0.01-10 wt% 4-hydroxyl-6-methyl-3-(4-methylpentanoyl)-2-pyrone represented by Image 1 formula (1) and 90-99.99 wt% carbon dioxide is filled into a pressure tight container to form a spray deodorizing material, and a method for deodorizing inside the room is to spray a spraying component of the spray deodorizing material into the room. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
